As part of my First Year Methods of Design Inquiry class, was tasked with creating  a “daily practices” project that I would do within a certain time frame and schedule I set for myself. I wanted to focus on designing logos for different brands. I did not have all that much experience with Adobe Illustrator, so thought why not design within Illustrator to really practice that skill! I decided to do logos for my daily practice because I’m really drawn to brand identity, logo design, and packaging within graphic design. I was able to let go of all the standard rules around a typical project and see what I was able to accomplish in 20 minutes.
